• Description:
• The subject of partial contracts will be the provision of creative, artistic services and products normally available on the market, as a result of creative activity. The public contracting authority will enter orders for creative services related to the preparation within the established DNS and implementation of events and projects of the Department of the Ministry of Defense, i.e. j. advertising, promotional and informational films and videos, graphic, image and text materials, artistic services, etc. The subject of the orders will be complex creative, artistic services and products, but in particular: - production of television and radio spots, - production of video clips, profiles, films, videos that will be used on social networks and in the online space, -production of a complex film session/programme, - production of text and image content, e.g. photographic and image materials, surveys, analyses, evaluations, graphs, infographics, etc., -production of newspapers, periodicals, or regularly recurring print, - production of posters, banners, printed materials, tickets, signs, -production of artistic content and video content to LED screens, panels, - production of scenarios, themes, musical dramaturgy, directing, - delivery of artistic services - music, dance, singing, hosting, - production of banner advertising in various formats, - production of advertising in print formats, -editing and graphics processing of the work, - other necessary additional services of a creative nature These are events of a social, cultural, historical, professional, sporting and other nature with a national, but also regional...
