The subject of the contract is to ensure the provision of services in the management of municipal waste, including its sorted components, i. Services related to collection, transport and management of municipal waste in order to recover, waste disposal and operation of the collection yard for the city of RimavskaSobota and M.č. Bakta, Dužava, Mojin, Nižna Pokoradz, Vyšna Pokoradz. Services must be ensured in accordance with the waste management hierarchy resulting from Act no. 79/2015 Coll. on Waste and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Waste Act") andrelated legal regulations.i.e. Services related to collection, transport and management of municipal waste in order to recover, waste disposal and operation of the collection yard for the town of Rimavska Sobota and M.Č. Bakta, Dužava, Mojin, Nižna Pokoradz, Vyšna Pokoradz.
