• Description:
• On the basis of this public procurement, the public contracting authority plans to conclude a framework contract with the successful bidder, the subject of which will be: a) Delivery of computer tomography equipment according to the technical specification, which is an appendix to the tender documents for of the conditions set out in the draft framework contract, which is an annex to the tender documents, and the bidders awarded in set 1 according to the document Proposal for the fulfillment of criteria for the evaluation of bids, which is an annex to the tender documents; b) Delivery of accessories to computer tomography devices according to the technical specification, which is an appendix to the tender documents under the conditions set out in the draft framework contract, which is an appendix to the tender documents, and to the bidders awarded in set 2 according to the document Proposal for performance criteria for evaluating offers, which is an attachment to the tender documents; c) Delivery of specialized software, which is an extension of the basic software of computer tomography equipment according to the technical specification, which is an appendix to the tender documents for of the conditions set out in the draft framework contract, which is an annex to the tender documents, and to the bidders awarded in set 3 according to the document Proposal for the fulfillment of criteria for the evaluation of bids, which is an annex to the tender documents; d) Provision of warranty services a post-warranty service of computer tomography devices and their accessories, to the extent defined by the draft framework contract, which is an appendix to the tender documents, for the duration given by the proposal for fulfilling the criteria submitted by the bidder...
