- The contracting authority announces preparatory market consultations (hereinafter referred to as PTK), for the purpose of preparing a public procurement of which will be the subject of the purchase of goods, namely computed tomography facilities within the meaning of the below. The contracting authority intends to declare public procurement, divided For two separate parts, which will result in the conclusion of the purchase framework agreements with the candidates. Public procurement intends to divide the contracting authority into non -tracking parts: 1. Part: Computed Tomography - Midrange; 2. Part: Computed tomography - PhotonCounting. As part of these pre -market consultations, the contracting authority shall provide an unlimited circle of interested parties to the above -mentioned parts of the order of the following documents: a) the design of the technical specification of the subject of the contract; (b) the draft framework agreement, including the selected annexes; c) the draft criterion at Evaluation of offers. The purpose of these PTKs is to inform the market about the intended description of the subject of the contract, the intended contractual terms and the intended way of evaluating the upcoming in (intended criteria to evaluate tenders) and verify the adequacy of the content of these documents for relevant and experienced economic operators so that subsequent public procurement supports open competition.
