• COMPUTING TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT FOR JOSEF GREGOR TAJOVSKÉ PRIMARY SCHOOL, BANSKÁ BYSTRICA The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of computer technology and equipment, together with their delivery to the place of delivery, which is the Jozef Gregor Tajovský Primary School, Gaštanová 12, 974 09 Banská Bystrica as part of the project "Educational park of three educational levels in ZŠ Jozef Gregor Tajovský, Banská Bystrica - Stage I" in terms of the Purchase Agreement (Appendix No. 1 of Part III of the tender documents) and its annexes. In the event that it from due to the nature of computing technology and equipment, part of the delivery of the subject of the order also includes professional assembly, installation, connection to technical networks, commissioning, testing and training of the Buyer's employees in the operation and maintenance of computing technology and equipment. The supply of computing technology and equipment that is protected by copyright includes the supply of the required number of licenses for all software, including all their components, modules, databases, components and documentation. Together with computing equipment and equipment, for which it follows from their nature, it is necessary to supply warranty certificates, CE certificates in Slovak or Czech, a declaration of conformity, in which the number of measurement units and their valuation will be indicated in accordance with Annex No. 1 of the Purchase contracts. The subject of the order is the provision and delivery of computer technology and equipment that are new - never used, functional, without obvious defects, delivered in complete condition and in the required quantity.
