• COMPUTING TECHNOLOGY AND EQUIPMENT FOR JOSEF GREGOR TAJOVSKE PRIMARY SCHOOL, BANSKA BYSTRICA Description: The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of computing technology and equipment, together with their delivery to the place of delivery, which is the Jozef Gregor Tajovske Primary School. Gastanova 12, 974 09 Banska Bystrica within the framework of the project "Educational park of three educational levels in ZS Jozef Gregor Tajovský, Banska Bystrica I. stage" in terms of the Purchase Agreement (Appendix No. 1 of Part III of the tender documents) and its annexes. due to the nature of the computing technology and equipment, it follows that part of the delivery of the subject of the contract is professional assembly, installation, connection to technical networks, commissioning, testing and training of the Buyer's employees to operate and maintain the computing technology and equipment. When supplying computer technology and equipment that are protected by copyright, the supply of the required number of licenses for all software, including all their parts, modules, databases, components and documentation, is part of the supply. Along with computing equipment and equipment, for which it follows from their nature, it is necessary to supply warranty letters, CE certificates in the Slovak or Czech language, a declaration of conformity, in which the number of units of measurement will be indicated and their valuation in accordance with Annex No. 1 of the Purchase contracts. The subject of the order is the provision and delivery of computer technology and equipment that are new, unused, functional, without obvious defects, delivered in complete condition and in the required quantity.
