• The subject of the contract will be a concession for the modernization, operation and maintenance of heat and energy equipment within the framework of heat management in the administration of the Bratislava - Staré Mesto Municipality, which the public contracting authority will leave for use by the successful applicant for the purpose of ensuring the production and supply of heat and domestic hot water, as well as the reconstruction, modernization and maintenance of thermal energy equipment to the extent that the equipment meets all requirements for functionality, safety, ecological and economic operation with with the aim of maintaining or, as little as possible, increasing the price of heat and domestic hot water for the final consumer. Concession for ensuring the provision of heat management services The subject of the order will be a concession for modernization, operation and maintenance of heat and energy facilities within the framework of heat management in the administration of the Bratislava - Staré Mesto Municipality, which the public contracting authority will leave for use by the successful bidder for the purpose of ensuring the production and supply of heat and domestic hot water and also reconstruction, modernization and maintenance of thermal energy equipment to the extent that the equipment meets all requirements for functionality, safety, ecological and economic operation with the aim of maintaining or, as little as possible, increasing the price of heat and hot of utility water to the final customer.
