• Description:
• The public contracting authority has been entrusted with the management of the Concession Property by the capital of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava, as defined in the concession documentation. Concessional property means property that is the exclusive property of the capital of the Slovak Republic Bratislava and under the management of the Public Procurement Authority and which the Public Procurement Authority handed over to the Concessionaire for use in accordance with the terms of the draft concession contract. The concession property is specified in detail in Appendix no. 1 to Volume 3 - Description of the subject of the concession - concession documentation.

  Concession for the provision of heat management services for the Bratislava-Ružinov district
  The capital of the public contracting authority is the Slovak Republic Bratislava entrusted to the management Concession property as defined in the concession documentation. Concession property means property that is in exclusively owned by the capital of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava, and in the administration of the public contracting authority, and which the public contracting authority will hand over to the concessionaire for use in accordance with the terms of the draft concession contract. The concession property is specified in detail in Appendix no. 1 to Volume 3 - Description of the subject of the concession documentation.
