Description:
The public contracting authority has been entrusted with the management of the Concession Property by the capital of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava, as defined in the concession documentation. Concessional property means property that is exclusively owned by the capital of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava, and is managed by the Public of the procuring entity and which the Public Procuring Entity will hand over to the Concessionaire for use in accordance with the terms of the draft concession contract. The concession property is specified in detail in Appendix no. 1 to Volume 3 - Description of the subject of the concession - concession documentation. Closer the specification of the subject of the concession is given in Volume 3 Description of the subject of the concession of the concession documentation. Concession for the provision of heat management services for the Bratislava-Ružinov district The public procuring entity has the capital of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava, entrusted to reports Concession property as defined in the concession documentation. Concession property means property that is the exclusive property of the capital of the Slovak Republic, Bratislava, and is under the administration of the public contracting authority, and which the public contracting authority will hand over to the concessionaire by use in accordance with the terms of the draft concession contract. The concession property is specified in detail in Appendix no. 1 to Volume 3 - Description of the concession subject of the concession documentation.
