• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the delivery of properly equipped clean rooms, laboratory and technical equipment for scientific and research purposes, used in clean rooms, within the scope of the description and technical specification defined in the annexes of the contract. If it is relevant in relation to the subject of the order, the price must include: production, transport, delivery, removal and disposal of waste (e.g. packaging material), installation, commissioning, operator and maintenance training, relevant documentation - operating instructions, certificates/declarations of conformity, availability of warranty and post-warranty service, etc., as well as all costs related to the delivery of goods with regard to the purpose and functions of the requested goods.
