• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement is the assignment of the so-called mixed contract in accordance with § 30 par. 1 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws as amended (further on in these tender documents only the "Act on public procurement" in the relevant grammatical form). This is a contract for the execution of construction works and the supply of design activities, while the predominant activity is construction works. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a contract on a future contract under the specified conditions in these tender documents, the subject of which will be the commitment of the successful bidder: - to complete the design of the existing project from the stage of documentation for the building permit to the stage of documentation for the construction and other project documentation according to these tender documents and their annexes, including the transfer of the license to such project documentation to the public contracting authority, -build buildings in accordance with the project documentation supplied and agreed by the investor for implementation of construction, approval and other engineering, including the delivery of the project of the actual design and - sell the constructed buildings to the public contracting authority after the successful approval of the buildings, and all this in your own name, on your own account and at your own risk, or in accordance with the terms and conditions for this tender. An immanent part of this contract is the method and mechanism of construction refinancing chosen by the public contracting authority, which is recognized by the relevant legislation...
