• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement is the assignment of the so-called mixed contract in accordance with § 30 par. 1 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws as amended (further on in these tender documents only the "Public Procurement Act" in the relevant grammatical shape). This is a contract for the execution of construction works and the supply of design activities, while the predominant activity is construction works. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a contract on a future contract under the conditions set out in these tender documents, the subject of which will be the commitment of a successful applicant:
  - to complete the design of the existing project at the stage of documentation for a building permit to the stage of documentation for construction and other project documentation according to these tender documents and their annexes, including the transfer of the license to such project documentation to public contracting authority,
  - build buildings in accordance with the project documentation delivered and agreed by the investor for the implementation of the construction, commissioning and other engineering, including the delivery of the project of the actual execution and
  - sell the constructed buildings to the public contracting authority after the successful approval of the buildings,
  a all this in your own name, on your own account and at your own risk, or in accordance with the terms and conditions for this tender.
