- The subject of public procurement is the assignment of the so -called. Mixed contract in accordance with § 30 par. 1 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Act" in the relevant grammatical shape). It is a contract for the execution of construction work and the supply of designer activities, while the prevailing activity is construction work. The subject of the contract is to conclude a contract on the future contract under the set conditions in these tender documents, the subject of which will be in particular the obligation of a successful of the applicant:
-Consistently to the Documentation of the existing project at the building permit documentation stage for the stage of documentation for the implementation of the construction and other project documents according to these tender documents and their annexes, including the license to such a project documentation for the project documentation for the contracting authority,
-These the buildings in accordance with the supplied and investor approved project documentation for the implementation of the construction, occupancy and other engineering, including the delivery of the project of actual design and
-The selling buildings to the contracting authority after the successful building approval,
