• Description:
• The project deals with the regeneration of intra-block spaces in the Cyril and Methodius Gardens with the application of ecological principles of creation and protection of greenery, these are public green areas with civic amenities. The construction operator will be the city of Nová Dubnica, the user residents and visitors of Nová Dubnica. The area set aside for regeneration and landscaping is flat, without significant changes in height. Areas proposed for regeneration of civic amenities - furniture, children's playground, park for seniors and addition greens that need to be reconstructed are divided into three inner blocks. (Note: in the accompanying and technical report, the order of two construction objects is incorrectly stated, namely SO 03 - Furniture, small infrastructure elements of urban design and SO 04 - Gardening adjustments) The subject of the contract is divided into three parts: Part 1 SO 01 - Landscaping, threshing paths Part 2 SO 02 - Children's playground SO 04 - Furniture, small infrastructure elements of urban design Part 3 SO 03 - Horticulture treatments A closer description of the subject contract is specified in the project documentation and in part B.1 Description of the subject of the contract in the tender documents.
