• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the complete replacement of the floors of high-rise block "A" - removal of the old floor covering and plinths, alignment and repair of the underlying surfaces and installation of new floor coverings and plinths. Furthermore, dismantling of the existing window and door panels, demolition, finishing of part of the masonry facades and partitions in accordance with PD, plastering of openings in the facade (preparation for the installation of fillings). Furthermore, the replacement of heating elements with new ones is solved on the 2nd PP, 1.PP, ground floor and on floors 1-14 for the dormitory building of block A. the heating elements are designed for a temperature gradient of 60/45 C on based on the investor's request, or heat supplier MH TH.
