• Construction modifications and restoration of blocks VB A-D in ŠD Mlyny UK Replacement of heating elements with new ones in VB block A in ŠD MLYNY, Replacement of windows and balcony doors in VB blocks A-D, ŠD Mlyny UK The subject of the order is the complete replacement of the floors of high-rise block "A" - removal of the old one floor covering and plinths, alignment and repair of underlying surfaces and installation of new floor coverings and plinths. Furthermore, dismantling of the existing window and door panels, demolition, finishing of part of the masonry of the facade and partitions in accordance with PD, realization plastering of the openings in the facade (preparation for the installation of fillings). Furthermore, the replacement of heating elements with new ones is solved on the 2nd PP, 1.PP, ground floor and on floors 1-14 for the dormitory building of block A. the heating elements are designed for a temperature gradient of 60/45 °C on based on the investor's request, or heat supplier MH TH. A more detailed description of the subject of the order is given in Appendix no. 1 - Project documentation and description of the subject of the order and in Appendix no. 2- Measurement report. The replacement of heating elements with new ones is handled at 2.PP, 1.PP, ground floor and upper floors 1.- 14. for the dormitory building of block A. The heating elements are designed for the temperature drop 60/45 °C based on the investor's request, or heat supplier MH TH. RADIK type panel heaters are proposed in the entire building KLASIK R (for reconstruction), or RADIK KLASIK, according to the investor's request.
