Construction of residential buildings TERCHOVSK Description: The subject of public procurement is the assignment of the so-called mixed order in accordance with § 30 par. 1 of Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment and addition of certain laws as amended by later regulations (further on in these competition documents only the "Act on public procurement" in the appropriate grammatical form). This is a contract for the execution of construction works and the supply of design activities, while the predominant activity is construction works. The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a contract on a future contract under the conditions specified in these tender documents, the subject of which will be the minimum obligation of the successful bidder: - to complete the design of the existing project at the stage of documentation for the building permit to the stage of documentation for the implementation of the building and other project documentation according to these competition documents and their annexes, including execution license to such project documentation for a public contractor, - build buildings in accordance with the project documentation delivered and agreed by the investor for the implementation of construction, commissioning and other engineering, including the delivery of the project of actual execution and - sell the built buildings to the public to the contractor after the successful approval of the buildings, all in his own name, at his own expense and at his own risk, or in accordance with the commercial terms and conditions for this public competition. An immanent part of this order is the method and mechanism of refinancing of the building chosen by the public procurer, which is recognized by the relevant legislation in the area of rental housing - refinancing of the entire building and purchase after its successful approval.
