• Construction supervision activity for the project: "Stakčin - water treatment intensification" Description: The successful tenderer will ensure the supervision of the execution of works on the Stakčin - water treatment intensification project according to the contract for the work concluded between the Contractor (hereinafter as the "Client") and the Contractor so that all construction work is carried out in accordance with generally binding legal regulations, STN and technical specifications, in the specified time and within the framework of the price agreed in the Contract for the work and in compliance with the conditions determined by the Agreement on the provision of construction supervision services (hereinafter referred to as the "agreement"). The construction deals with the fundamental reconstruction and intensification of the water treatment plant with the aim of implementing radical changes in the technological equipment, which also require changes in the construction structures during full operation of the work. The services provided to successful bidders include activities related to the control of the design and technical documentation of the building, supervision of the execution of construction work on the building, management of the contract for the work concluded between The Client and the Contractor and activities related to the fulfillment of the Client's conditions according to the Work Contract. The successful applicant will perform supervision of work on the construction site in accordance with the requirements of the generally binding legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, primarily take care to observe the procedures according to Act no. 25/2025 Coll.
