• Description:
• The subject of the competition is the design of an architectural and landscape solution for the revitalization of the pedestrian zone - Korzo Béla Bartók in the city of Dunajská Streda. Public anonymous one-stage architectural competition as a project design competition with awarding of prizes in accordance with Art. § 119 - 125 Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement as amended and regulations, decree of the Office for Public Procurement no. 157/2016 Coll., which establishes details on the types of design competitions in the field of architecture, spatial planning and construction of engineering, on the content of the competition conditions and on the work of the jury in the stamp n. Mr. and Competition Rules of the Slovak Chamber of Architects. The announcer's intention is to find a participant in the competition who best solves the announcer's requirements among the submitted proposals in relation to the tender assignment, and which will be a partner for the development of complex project documentation for all performance phases of the project up to the realization of the construction. The expected value of the contract for the provision of services entered in accordance with § 81 letter h) ZVO: 285 000.00 € without VAT.
