The project deals with the new construction of an accommodation block of a senior citizens' home with social services. The proposed object is ground floor, with the corresponding areas that make up newly built paved areas - sidewalks and greenery. The construction works are defined in detail by the valid project documentation for the building permit with the findings of the documentation for the implementation of the Construction (DSP and DRS), prepared by the designer Ing. Attila (appendix no. 3 of the competition documents), by the contract for the work (Annex No. 1 of the competition documents) as well as in the measurement report (Annex No. 2 of the competition documents).
