Delivery of Electrical Energiary: The subject of the order is to ensure continuous and reliable electricity supply for the collection point of the contractor identified in the attachment to the dedicated document, including distribution and taking responsibility for deviations, all over the validity period of validity the contracts, which will result in the procedure of assignment of this customer in the form of a contract for the supply of electricity in Sulade with Act no. 251/2012 Coll. on energy in a valid version (hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Convention").
