Description:
The subject of the contract is the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as DNS), to order "supply of electricity from 1.1.2024 to 31.12.2025", in which individual calls will be announced for the supply of electricity supply according to classification in the joint dictionary of the publicProcurement 09310000-5 resp. 65300000-6 (CPV).According to classification in a common dictionary of public procurement 09310000-5 resp. 65300000-6 (CPV).
Dynamic purchasing system will be set up for the period of electricity supply for 24 months to 11 offtake points specified by the customer, according to Annex no. 4 - Technical specification includingTransport, distribution and services associated with the supply of electricity, taking responsibility for deviation, in the quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution system operator.the distribution system operator (hereinafter referred to as the PDS) and must be in accordance with the applicable Slovak legislation as amended.supplies
