- The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the period 2026 to 2029 to the contracting points of the contracting authority in the expected total volume of 10 480 MWh of electricity for all offtake points. Delivery of electricity is including taking responsibility for deviation and security distribution to offtake points, in the quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, for compliance with the applicable legislation of the Slovak Republic, the technical conditions and the operating rules of the distribution network operator for the contract period for each offtake point.
