Description:
The subject of the contract is to ensure the smooth and reliable supply of electricity for the collection points of the acquisition identified in Annex to the tender documents, including ensuring the distribution and receipt of liability for the deviation, throughout the period of validity of the contract which will result in the result of the procedure Awarding this contract in the form of a contract for the supply of electricity in accordance with Act no. 251/2012 Coll. on Energy, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Act"). The supplier will ensure the associated supply of electricity to all SCA and NN Customer Councils for the period 2026 (12 months) in volume of approximately 20,000 MWh.
