- 1. The subject of the public procurement is the creation of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DNS"). 2. The subject of orders entered within DNS will be the delivery of user on-premises and cloud licenses for office productivity, communication and collaboration, security and compliance add-ons, licenses for process automation, application creation, analytics, AI assistant, as well as server and database licenses including the necessary access rights and maintenance (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order"). Subject orders will be provided in the form of a subscription. 3. The basic description of the subject of the contract is given in Part B. Description of the subject of the contract of the tender documents. 4. Detailed identification of obligations and performance included in individual orders entered within DNS will specified in individual DNS calls for tenders.
