The subject of the acquisition will be the implementation of new SMP, GOV, C5 AP information systems, by which the financial report will ensure technical prerequisites for the fulfillment of legislative obligations for business entities in the area of obligation to make and receive invoices in the established electronic format fromJuly 2027 and reporting data from the drawn and received electronic invoices for domestic transactions arising from the bill amending Act no. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "bill").
