- The subject of procurement is to build a comprehensive autonomous video conference solution used mainly for the purpose of judicial hearing to the following extent:
- Central component delivery - HW and SW equipment operated in the Ministry's data center,
- Services related to implementation and migration - installing a central component,
- Connecting existing hearing rooms to a new solution (a total of 70 existing rooms),
- Training for video -operators and users,
- Delivery and installation of video conference equipment for 10 hearing rooms,
- services related to the operation and support for the duration of 60 months,
- On the basis of an additional order, the delivery, installation and training for a maximum of 40 new video conference rooms over a period of 48 months from the date of the contract.
