• Development of complex project documentation Description: The subject of the contract is the development of complex project documentation for 2 parts of the contract - Komarno and Presov, in accordance with law no. 25/2025 Coll. Construction Act as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 25/2025 Coll."), by Decree No. 60/2025 Coll., which establishes details on the structure and operation of the spatial planning and construction information system, on the content of the submission and on the content and scope of construction documentation (hereinafter referred to as "Declaration No. 60/2025 Z.z."), and with Decree No. 59/2025 Z.z., which establishes details on the division of constructions (hereinafter referred to as "Declaration No. 59/2025 Z.z."). A closer specification of the subject of individual parts of the contract is given in Annex no. 8 "Specification of the subject of the work" of the competitions documents for the relevant part of the subject of the contract.
