Development of the Construction Plan (SZ) and notification of changes to the proposed activity 8a after the development of the SZ (8a after the SZ) of the R4 Expressway Svidnik south state border SR/PR activities 8a after development of the NW (8a after the NW) of the construction of the R4 Svidnik south state border, from MUK Svidnik south to MUK Vysny Komarnik. The route ends at MUK Vysny Komarnik. A stretch of approx. kilometers from MUK Vysna Komarnik to the state border of SR/PR, which will be to connect directly to the Polish expressway S19, a special territorial procedure is currently being conducted.
