Preparation of the Construction Plan (SZ) and notice of change of the proposed activity 8a after the development of the SZ (8a after the SZ) of the R4 Giraltovce - Stročin Expressway construction Description: The subject of the contract is the procurement of the construction plan (SZ) and notification of the change of the proposed activity 8a after development of the NW (8a after the NW), construction of the R4 Giraltovce - Stročin Expressway. The public procurer is the holder of the Certificate of Strategic Investment for the investment project named "Expressway R4 state border SR/PR Lipniky", registration number: 28511/2024/SSD/94717-M, which was issued by the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic on 21 November 2024 based on the resolution of the Government of the Slovak Republic no. 690 of November 13, 2024. A feasibility study is available for the construction and a final opinion has been issued EIA. To continue the preparation process, it is necessary to procure a contractor with a higher level of documentation (SZ, 8a after SZ). The subject of the contract is defined in detail in Part B.1 of these SP.
