Description:
The subject of the contract is the procurement of a construction plan (SZ) and a notice of change to the proposed activity 8a after the development of the SZ (8a after SZ), construction of the R4 Giraltovce - Stročin Expressway.
The public contracting authority is the holder of the Strategic Investment Certificate for the investment project entitled "R4 Expressway state border SR/PR Lipniky", record number: 28511/2024/SSD/94717-M, which was issued by the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic on 21.11.2024 based on Resolution of the Government of the Slovak Republic No. 690 of 13 November 2024.
A feasibility study is available for the construction and a final opinion has been issued EIA. In order to continue the preparation process, it is necessary to procure a contractor with a higher level of documentation (SZ, 8a after SZ).
The subject of the contract is defined in detail in Part B.1 of these SP.
