- The subject of the contract is the procurement of a construction plan (SZ), notification of changes to the proposed activity 8a after the development of the SZ (8a after SZ) of the construction of the R4 Svidnik south expressway the SR/PR state border, from Svidnik south MUK to Vyลกny Komarnik MUK. The route ends at MUK Vyลกny Komarnik. About a kilometer from MUK Vyลกny Komarnik to the Slovak Republic/PR state border, which will directly connect to the Polish expressway S19, is currently under separate territorial proceedings.
The public contracting authority is the holder of the Strategic Investment Certificate for the investment project entitled "Expressway R4 state border SR/PR Lipniky", number record: 28511/2024/SSD/94717-M, which was issued by the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic on 21 November 2024 based on the resolution of the Government of the Slovak Republic no. 690 of November 13, 2024.

A separate zoning procedure is currently being conducted for the approx. kilometer section from the Vyลกny Komarnik MUK to the SR/PR state border, which will directly connect to the Polish expressway S19.
