The subject of the contract is the acquisition of construction plan (SZ), documentation of the construction plan of public work (DSZ), notification of the change of the proposed activity 8A after the preparation of the SZ (8a after SZ) construction of the D2 motorway, intersection Studienka. The Studienka intersection will solve the connection of road II/590 to the D2 motorway with respecting the existing width arrangement of the D2 motorway to the D26.5/120 category. It is placed in the outskirts of the cadastral area of Malacky, where its location is given by the corridor of the existing D2 motorway, on which is powered and road II/590. The branches of the intersection are led through the private land and forests of the town of Malacky, the Military Forests (Military District of Zahorie) and the land of private owners. The intersection is located outside the stopped area, on the D2 motorway in its highway kilometer 25.638. The subject of the order is in detail defined in parts A.1 to B.3 of the tender documents.
