The subject of public procurement is procurement of the general designer (Construction Act 25/2025 Coll., §35 paragraph 3) and 4)) for the development of project documentation for the construction plan, construction project and implementation project in the BIM concept, relevant engineering for individual stages of project documentation, cooperation in the implementation of public procurement in the selection of the contractor for construction works (hereinafter referred to as "cooperation in VO") and the performance of expert authorial supervision for the order "High School of Information Technology and Gymnasium, Kysucké Nové Mesto - superstructure, insulation and structural modifications of the building of vocational classrooms".
