• Diagnostic tests for the determination of multiplex detection of mycobacteria Description: The subject of the contract are diagnostic tests for the determination of multiplex detection and differentiation of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Mycobacterium abscessus, Mycobacterium massiliense, Mycobacterium avium, Mycobacterium intracellulare, Mycobacterium kansasii in biological samples by the real-time PCR method. Suprava must contain all components necessary for the realization of PCR. The presence of nucleic acid is detected by an increase in fluorescence in due to the hydrolysis of probes during amplification. Fluorescence of pathogen-specific probes is measured in FAM, HEX, Cal RED 610 and Quasar 670 channels. In addition, the real time PCR assay must contain control DNA, which is added during DNA extraction and in the same reaction is detected using a differently labeled probe. Multiplex's real-time PCR must be compatible with the MIC (Magnetic InductionCycler) 48-well qPCR device.
