- The subject of the contract are disinfectants for disinfecting the skin before invasive procedures for the needs of FNsP J. A. Reiman Prešov.
The subject of the contract must meet qualification, professional, technical and other prerequisites, must have prescribed permits and tests and must meet any other prerequisites set relevant legal regulations and binding technical standards for the proper provision of performance.
An integral part of the contract is the transport of the subject of the contract to the agreed place of delivery, unloading at the place of delivery, handing over the written documents necessary for the use of the subject of the agreement, including training employees of the public contracting authority to the necessary extent. All written documents must be drawn up in the Slovak language, or Czech language.
