• Waste disposal Description: The subject of the contract is the recovery of waste in a facility for energy recovery of waste (disposal in an incinerator), namely goods (including packaging) that have become the property of the state, and which are managed by the customs authorities (hereinafter referred to as "FS") marked according to the Catalog of waste based on the announcement of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic no. 365/2015 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as "Declaration of the MZP SR No. 365/2015 Coll."), listed in Annex no. 1 of the framework agreement. In terms of the framework agreement, which will concluded for a period of 36 (thirty-six) months, the service provider will at the same time ensure the transportation of the container and waste for the purpose of waste recovery, the rental of a large-capacity or large-volume container and the preparation of a report on waste recovery for the participation commission, if FS requests it on the basis of a written order. The provider undertakes to provide the service in accordance with Act no. 79/2015 Coll. on waste and on the amendment and addition of certain laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 79/2015 Coll.") and in compliance with the classification of waste in accordance with the Waste Catalog based on the Declaration of the MZP SR no. 365/2015 Coll., establishing the Waste Catalog.
