Description:
The subject of joint public procurement is the establishment of DNS. The aim of the DNS is to enable public contracting authorities to flexible awarding contracts in accordance with the Public Procurement Act according to their real needs, i. at the time and extent they are known to them. DNS will serve to award orders relating the supply of feed for animals commonly available on the market, the DNS will be continuously implemented by individual partial contracts. DNS is set up for a duration of 10 years (120 months). This DNS is set up for the needs of the contracting authority and its partner/partner civil servants within the framework of joint public procurement. The contract will be awarded by the contracting authority and its partner contracting authorities in the framework of the joint public procurement. The DNS contracts are awarded by the contracting authority and partner contracting authorities separately, each for himself. Accurate The specification of the subject of the contract will be stated in the relevant call for submission of tenders within the framework of awarding a specific contract.
The orders will be announced as regular for a period of 12 months and extremely as needed by the contracting authority.
