- The subject of partial orders awarded in the established dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter referred to as "DNS") will be the purchase and supply of food, drinks and related products that are commonly available on the market, in accordance with the relevant legislative and hygiene regulations valid in the territory of the Slovak Republic, Especially with Act no. 152/1995 Coll. on food, as amended, as well as the Food Code of the Slovak Republic. The subject of the contract includes the delivery of goods and related services, including transport related to the place of delivery by the supplier's shipping means and unloading the goods to the warehouse to the destination.
