- The subject of the order is the supply of drugs for systemic use of destroying bacteria. The subject of the contract is divided into 38 separate comprehensive parts.
The applicant may submit one offer for one comprehensive part or one offer for multiple comprehensive parts or one offer for the entire subject of the contract (section no.1 - no. 38). The contracting authority reserves the right to select the applicant for each comprehensive part separately.
The applicant within the comprehensive part for which he submits an offer must meet the required specification defined within the individual comprehensive section.no. 1: J01AA12 Tigecycline for parenteral administration
