- The subject of the contract is to provide comprehensive economic-financial support (consulting) in the context of the preparation of the new nuclear source during the preparation and conclusion of contractual relations between the State and the investor, including the related support in negotiations with the entities concerned and the other necessary
support.This support (advice) will be provided to ensure the interests of the state in the economic and financial field, the effective use of funds provided by the State as a part of public support and determining the method of financing the new nuclear source project. Part of
support (advice)There is also a preparation of the state strategy for the discussion and notification of the State Aid
project of the new nuclear source with the European Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Commission"), including the preparation of
documents, applications and the necessary auxiliary materials for negotiations with the Commission. Fulfillment also includes
support of state representatives atnegotiations with the Commission, or with other EU institutions on state aid issues.Possible obtaining all shares of Jess, a.s. The contracting authorities will need to be determined by the investment and financial model and prepare the necessary extent of state aid.
