The object of the proposed solution is a free-standing one-story building composed of three parts, while the roof is pitched in block A, and flat in the other parts (blocks B and C). The building has one above-ground floor. The object is located in a flat area terrain.
The construction works are defined in detail in the project documentation prepared by the designer - the company ARCHITECTURAL & BUILDING MANAGEMENT, s.r.o., with registered office: Podhorska 12, 900 01 Modra, ID: 35893303 (appendix no. 3 of the tender documents), as well as in the measurement statement (appendix no. 2 of the tender documents documents).
