• Description:
• The subject of the order is the preparation of the Evaluation Report according to Act no. 24/2006 Coll. on assessment of environmental impacts and on amendments to certain laws as amended. The Evaluation Report also includes related studies like hers annexes and supplementary documentation - technical background, while their need results not only from the relevant legislation, but also from the scope of the assessment issued as part of the process of assessing the effects of the proposed activity "Diaľnice D1 Bidovce - SK/UA border" on the environment environment. The technical background primarily includes the proposal for a new combined variant "G" and "I" (tunnel) without a significant negative impact on the territory of the Natura 2000 system and the evaluated variant "G" in the sense of Information on the proposed activity or its change and assessment scope requirements. At the same time, the modifications to the route will reflect on the results of the identification of animal migration routes in the affected area. Such modified route proposal, or its possible alternatives will be equally evaluated in the Evaluation Report. Report on the assessment must be prepared based on the determined scope of the assessment in accordance with Annex no. 11 to Act No. 24/2006 Coll. on the assessment of environmental impacts and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended, to the version that it is based on the Information on the proposed activity or its change as well as on the new variant determined in the Scope of the evaluation, which will be developed as part of the technical background, which is part of the contract.
