Electrical energy for 2026 - 2029 Description: The subject of the order is to ensure the continuous and reliable supply of electricity for the collection point of the procurer identified in Assignment no. 1 SP, including distribution security and taking responsibility for deviations throughout the validity periodthe contracts, which will result in the procedure of assignment of this customer in the form of a contract for the supply of electricity in Sulade with Act no. 251/2012 Coll. on energy in a valid version (hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Convention"). The Deliver will provide the Association of Electricity Association to all sampling VN and NN Customer CitiesFor the period 2026 to 2029 in the volume of approximately 15,000 MWh per year. The list of offtake points will be part of the contract. The supplier takes over the devotee for all the collection of the customer's place and all the power equipment of the electricity (FTVE). Deliver Suhlasi with a necessary change of the number of offtake pointscustomer free of charge. The Deliver will receive all the distribution fees in accordance with the valid decision and regulations.its production facilities according to § 35 par. 4 pism. b) Act 251/2012 Coll. about energy. Storage volume approx. 250 MWh/year. b) The supplier shall provide the customer with the possibility to share unused electricity at the customer's offtake point from his manufacture facilities pursuant to §35 par. d) Act 251/2012Z.Z. about energy.
