• Electricity supply Description: The subject is the selection of the electricity supplier to the customer-specified customer points (OM), including responsibility for the customer's deviation in all customer points and to ensure the distribution system operator (PDS) for customer distribution of electricity. The supply of electricity, including distribution services, must comply with the technical conditions and operating rules of the PDS and must comply with valid legal regulations of the Slovak Republic. (Act No. 251/2012 Coll. on energy and a valid URSO declaration). A more detailed description and expected quantity of goods is specified in the appendix (Scope of the order, basis for the calculation of offers) of the tender documents.
