• The subject of the order entered within the framework of the dynamic purchasing system is the provision of electricity supply, including the assumption of responsibility for the deviation and the provision of distribution services for the collection points of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Slovak Republic and 8 regional prosecutor's offices, namely: KP in Bratislava, KP in Trnava, KP in Trenčín, KP in Nitra, KP in Žilina, KP in Banská Bystrica, KP in Prešov, KP in Košice. The subject of the contract mainly includes: • the supply of electricity in the agreed quantity, •taking responsibility for deviation for the collection point of the public contracting authority, • ensuring the distribution of electricity to all collection points, including ensuring access to the distribution system, • provision of related services, especially customer support, on a regular basis accounting for the supply and distribution of electricity, providing overviews, reports and electronic communication.
