• Description:
• UCMOpis electronic registry system: The subject of the contract is the creation of an electronic registry system, which will fully meet all the functional, technical and legislative requirements of the public procurer specified in the tender documents. Implementation of the new electronic of the registry system (hereinafter referred to as "ESR") represents a significant step in the digital transformation of the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava (hereinafter referred to as "public procurer" or "UCM"). The ESR should reflect current requirements for the electronicization of public administration, ensuring legally relevant administration electronic documents, integration with key public administration systems and alignment with strategic documents of the Slovak Republic in the field of digitization and computerization.
