• Description:
• The subject of the contract is the preparation and delivery of project documentation (hereinafter referred to as "PD") for the construction of "Elimination of safety risks on the road I/67 Dobšiná - Dobšinský kopec". Development of PD in accordance with Act No. 25/2025 Coll. Construction Act and on amendments and additions of certain laws and related Decrees at the level of Construction Plan (hereinafter referred to as "DSZ") and Construction Project (hereinafter referred to as "PS"), with the details of the Implementation Project, necessary for obtaining a decision on the construction plan and verification of the construction project, including execution the designer's supervision over construction and author's supervision (hereinafter referred to as "DP/AD") over the implementation of construction works according to the submitted PD. The purpose is to develop a PD with a proposal for a technical solution for the reconstruction of the subject section of road I/67 due to its unsatisfactory construction and technical condition, caused by the influence of traffic load. The goal of the construction is the complete reconstruction of the subject section of the I/67 road. A detailed definition of the subject of the contract is contained in the tender documents, volume 1, part 1.2 Description of the subject contracts and in Volume 2 Contract Terms.
