• The subject of the public order is the conclusion of a contract for the supply of 9 new electric buses (hereinafter referred to as "vehicles") in the technical design specified in the technical specification, which form Annex no. 1 to these tender documents, and delivered under the conditions specified in the purchase contract, which forms Annex no. 3 to these tender documents. Dodávka bude zahŕňať aj školenie zamestnancov verejného obstarávateľa v oblasti prevádzky a údržby elektrických autobusov, vykonávanie údržby a opráv, poskytovanie príslušnej technical support, including delivery of necessary hardware/software equipment, provision of warranty and non-warranty service, delivery of all relevant documentation for individual electric buses. The subject of performance will also include execution warranty repairs of electric buses under the conditions stipulated in the contract.
