- The subject of the contract is the supply of endoscopes for use in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of patients suspected of or ill with a diagnosis of COVID-19. An integral part of the delivery is the delivery of accompanying documentation, transport to the place of fulfillment, installation at the place of fulfillment, testing andcommissioning, instruction and training of the operator to the necessary extent and provision of professional authorized service for the period of the provided
warranty, including the supply of original spare parts. The delivered goods must be new, unused and unrefurbished, meeting the minimum technical-medical and fuctional requirements, approved for import and use in the Slovak Republic, or within the EU, complying with valid international standards, STN and generally binding legal regulations of the Slovak Republic. The procurement of medical equipment is carried out within the project Measures of the Brat University Hospitalislava for minimizing the effects of the crisis situation in the Slovak Republic in connection with the spread of the disease pandemic
COVID-19. New, non-refurbished and unused goods are considered to be goods manufactured no earlier than 2022 in original
undamaged packaging.

part 4: Flexible video laryngoscope .
